Trampoline Club

Our classes are not currently running at this present time. We hope to review the restart of Trampolining classes in the new year. We will update this information in due course.

The 5 - 9 years class is designed specifically for children with little or no trampolining experience and enables them to work through the 5 star award scheme. Discipline and interaction with other children is encouraged as part of the lesson. An induction course must be attended before booking. Enquire at reception for further information.

The 10+ class is recreational and suitable for older children of varying abilities.

Adult Trampoline classes can be very rewarding and great fun for those of you who may be coming back to the sport later in life. Classes are excellent exercise and help to enhance flexibility and agility. All levels are welcome!

Please note:

  • Please ensure you wear proper sports clothing.
  • No jeans or fashion clothing.
  • Long hair must be tied back, socks must be worn and all jewellery removed.

Induction sessions for children aged 5 - 9 years:

Induction sessions are for children wishing to start trampolining. These sessions cover health & safety and basic trampoline skills, enabling the children to enter the regular classes with confidence.

All children should attend one induction session before booking weekly classes. Please note that places for these sessions are limited and must be booked in advance.

Please read the dress code carefully – this must be strictly adhered to.

All classes are designed to suit a wide range of fitness levels. Everyone is welcome. Just work as hard as you can!

Ki-Bo

This class takes elements of boxing & Karate and adds a touch of low impact aerobics / toning exercises.

Aqua-aerobics

Use the resistance of the water to give your body a complete workout while minimising the stress put on your joints.

Pilates

This class is the ultimate body conditioning regime which not only lengthens and strengthens muscles but improves flexibility, targets core muscles and corrects posture.

Circuit Training

An enjoyable class that works the whole body using a variety of exercises such as push ups, sit ups and skipping. Don't be shy, give it a try!

Yoga

An hour of pure relaxation. Designed to relax your mind, body and spirit.

Legs, Bums & Tums (Currently not running)

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular, fun class using both weights and your own bodyweight.

Body Conditioning

A great class with an emphasis on; burning calories, improving your cardiovascular fitness and toning your muscles, all in a fun and structured way.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training sessions are not currently running at this present time. We hope to restart these sessions later this year. We will update this information in due course.

Here at Canons we have a very good mix of personal trainers for our customers to consider booking 1-to-1 sessions with. They have varying experience levels and also specialise in particular areas which may help you decide on who to choose.

Take a look at the personal profiles of all our trainers and see which one you would like to either meet with initially to discuss potential training or to actually arrange a training session with.

How to book or register an interest

To make a booking or register an interest, you will either need to speak to our staff at reception or email any of the management team. We will then speak to the instructor you have requested and check availability. We will pass on your contact details to the instructor who will then contact you to arrange either a consultation or a training session. We will need your full name, telephone number & email.

Fee payments

All fees are set by individual instructors. This may include discounts for block bookings in advance. All customer payments for personal training sessions are to be made at reception.

Climbing
